Workday, Inc. is collaborating with Minor International Pcl (MINT) to elevate the employee experience and talent management across the entire organisation. Through Workday’s AI-powered solutions, MINT will streamline its HR processes and increase employee productivity.

Workday Human Capital Management

MINT will leverage Workday Human Capital Management to automate manual workflows. The hospitality group can also seamlessly connect with its global third-party providers and gain a comprehensive view of data globally using Workday’s cloud-based solution. 

Through data-driven insights and a single system for talent optimization, MINT executives can tap into critical data to understand and identify upskilling opportunities.

The partnership can also create better engagement with employees with tailored, concierge-style experiences for employees that can recommend steps to succeed in their roles.
