House730 leverages Azure OpenAI Service to enhance customer satisfaction

House730 has adopted Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service’s GPT-3.5-Turbo-16K to address customer inquiries and capture every listing in Hong Kong in a one-stop, easy-to-navigate arena. This makes it the first search engine that uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service’s natural language processing in the real estate market of Hong Kong.

“House730 is always on the lookout for innovative digital ways to streamline product offerings. We want to address the gap between user expectations and quantifiable clicks that connect searchers with representing agents through technology so that their property search process becomes more efficient. With Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service up and running, we also plan to grow our car park rental segment to address the imbalance between limited supply and great demand,” Mike Wong, chief technology officer at House730, said. 

Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service 

With Microsoft Azure OpenAI, House 730 enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by addressing more than 80% of unanswered searches. The solution could also map its unique format easily for complete customisation through the output of the API requirement and extraction of matches based on received parameters. Further, it has more extended token limits that yield specific results, separating requests that House370 can generate results for display, engaging the API, and filtering out what it cannot address for further analysis. 

“Prior to using Microsoft Azure, it would take one engineer a month to develop an NLP prototype. But now, we can deploy the model in just two to three days without involving any software engineer. The administrative and labor costs are reduced: a huge benefit. All the heavy lifting is done by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service,” Wong said.
