Dell Technologies partners with PSA Singapore (PSA) to build Tuas Port, the world's largest fully automated, intelligent and sustainable port, by the 2040s. As PSA seeks to transform Singapore’s logistics landscape, its journey with Dell Technologies is expected to increase the port's handling capacity to 65 million units, from 37 million units in 2022.
Dell Technologies supported PSA by integrating a multicloud foundation which expedites cargo’s time-to-market and seamlessly navigates the logistics complexities. A global “Internet of Logistics” (IoL) initiative, enables companies within the ecosystem to seamlessly share applications and data services.

PaaS and SaaS
PSA is now equipped with centralised, on-demand access to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) options applicable with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Dell Unity XT and Dell PowerScale storage solutions.
“PSA employees can now deploy PaaS and SaaS with unprecedented ease regardless of location and gain increased insights, controls, and access to virtualised platforms,” added Sim. “These solutions from Dell translate to greater data usage, hardware utilisation and higher operational efficiency."
