Kris Payne is a senior Solutions Engineering executive at Neo4j, the graph database and analytics leader. He has a 20-year track record leading transformational enterprise technology and software projects across a multitude of verticals, including a number of GenAI deployments. His deep technical proficiency underpins his ability to bridge the gap between technology and business and scale high-performing Solutions Engineering teams. Prior to Neo4j, he was responsible for the leading and managing the Solutions Engineering team for Twilio’s Contact Centre practice in Asia Pacific & Japan. Kris has also held leadership roles at Nuance Communications and Avaya, among other companies.
